How "Sir Neil" Get Things Done

In the peeking face of deadlines, people are looking for head starts. They already typed "Hacks for Everything" before you can even say "just start the thing".  That's because there is this popular norm of rushing from one task to another. I tell you, that's the easiest way to burnout.

Instead, you should get rid of the idea of finishing in the shortest time possible. Start slow. Work mindfully. You might not finish fast, but you can actually work longer.

Head starts are insignificant. Remember that in the race of the hare and the turtle, the hare slept after gaining a lead. Then the hare lost.

Tenacity is the key. The idea that head starts are necessary is only in your head. With a disciplined thinking, you can prevent the urge of looking for a head start.
