Worse days

The first months of quarantine got the best of me. I was literally lying on the bed all day, eating and adding on my weight. The slump continued until late July when I decided to be mindful of my eating habit and movements.

There's only one thing to do on your worse days: be the best that you can be.

Being the best that changes on different days. Being best on a day can mean stretching yourself out of that comfort zone. On another day you can be your best by resting, and that's okay.

Don't let others define what's best for you,

Breathe. Run. Breath.

You'll get there. You'll get there.
