Efforts

Efforts may not change things as they are, for efforts are never enough. But efforts can change the way we feel about ourselves. When we start to set a goal and give the necessary effort, we feel good about the progress (not actually the result).

That will make us trust ourselves again.

That will make us more reliant in our own eyes.

When we tap our right hand on our left chest, we feel we are capable, for all the beats speak of courage.

All of a sudden we feel we can do anything.

Now, aren't all these enough?
