A night in the life of a single millennial

You switch on the light of your small apartment only to find out that nobody's home. You learn that you weren't able to hang your towel and that the toothpaste cap was just lying around near the sink.

As you walk towards your room, you see your unfolded dress. So, you fix it and everything else that's needing your care. At this time, you don't notice that you're the only person in the room. You're so busy preparing for your dinner, which will probably spoil, but is still worth a try.

As you eat, you check funny videos in youtube. Because, as you say it, even if you don't have anyone to share the food with, at least you can share with a good laugh.

You are now washing the dishes as thoughts would visit you telling why you need to do all these by your own. The water in the faucet pours when you hear the sound of the rain.

"It's nice to be with someone in a cold night like this."

Little do you know, someone else is having the same things you do. Alone in the apartment, he toils the night to punch the keys and express himself in a microprocessor. He doesn't know how many cups of coffee he's taken since he had his dinner at 6pm.

You don't want to be alone, neither does he--- but it doesn't mean that you are fated to be together.

You are fated to be alone, but not fated to be lonely.

For now, you need to sleep, strong one.
